A man & his son, and their donkey !

What others think of you is none of your business ~ Paulo Coelho

I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.” ~Bill Cosby

a mule

Once upon a time there lived a man with his son in a small village. One day they went to a village animal fair. They saw many kinds of animals there such as horses, donkeys, cows, mules, sheep dogs and many other animals.
There they bought a mule and started walking home with it. As they were walking some other travelers started laughing at them. They started saying, ” Look at those fools, they have a mule and they are walking. They could ride it.” So, the father decided to sit on the mule. Now the father was sitting on the mule and the son was walking. When they went further down the road, they saw some more people who were talking about them. They were saying, “Look at the selfish father, he is sitting on the donkey and making his poor son walk all the way.” So, the father got off the mule and let his son sit on it while he walked.
When they went further down the road, they met more people, who were also talking about them. They were saying, “Look at that disrespectful boy, his old father has to walk and he is so proudly sitting on the mule.” Now the father was getting really angry about what the people were talking about them. So, now he got really frustrated and sat on the mule with his son.
Then they went further, both of them sitting on the mule. No one said anything for a long time and the father started becoming really happy. But he did not expect what was coming. A while later, they saw some people looking at them and talking. One of them was saying, “Look at those cruel people. Both the man and the son is sitting on the poor mule. Look at it, it is almost going to die.” Now the father got really mad and shouted out loud, “I WILL DO ANYTHING I WANT TO AND I DON’T CARE WHAT OTHERS SAY.”

Moral: ” Do What YOU think is RIGHT!”  Because irrespective of what you do, irrespective of what outcome you get, People always have something to say.
